Diagnostics
We inspect the motor to identify electrical shorts, motor malfunctions, and other issues that can be occuring.

Water test (barrel test)
If required, we water test the motor to diagnose any issues while running.

Let you know the issues
We get back to you with the diagnosis. If you would like us to fix the issues, we’ll start the process of ordering parts and working on your motor.

However, there is an $85.00 bench fee for diagnostic work even if equipment is not repaired. This is simply the FEE paid in order to understand the why behind the issue. This fee is waved if we do the repairs.
